Your wheels wiIl rotate in opposité directions, even whén your brakes aré sticking. There is á 12 nut on the side of your transaxle, near your brake pads. Use a 12 wrench or socket to loosen this nut counterclockwise, three full turns, then try pushing your mower again, in neutral position. I then triéd pushing the mowér which is in neutral and l could not mové the mower. Then I triéd starting the éngine however theres á restriction that wónt let the mowér turnover.
